The Term & Conditions of Sale set out Hiwave’s standard warranty terms.

The “Warranty Period” (as defined in the T&Cs) are as follows per product group:

• 1 year on IC’s;
• 90 days on BMRs/exciters/DMA’s
• 90 days on modules;
• 0 days on any components, products or kits sold for development purposes.
